★ Best Personal Training Studio in Poland — BodyLife 2018
A personal trainer in Kraków is a specialist who runs a one-to-one, 55-minute session built around your health, injury history and goals. At FitMixer every session is led by a medically trained coach working alongside a physiotherapist — which is why we take on clients most gyms send back to their doctor.
We have been open since 2015 at ul. Morelowa 32 in Wola Justowska, a quiet residential district west of the Old Town. Over 900 clients have trained with us. The studio was founded by Kamil Jasiński — World and European ShowDance Champion and a multiple Polish medallist in artistic gymnastics, a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Kraków (postural correction) and the Jagiellonian University (sports management).

Training in English — and in German
Kraków has a large international community, and we work with it every week. Most of our team coaches in both Polish and English. Sandra Szychowska, a physiotherapist who graduated from SRH University of Applied Sciences in Heidelberg, also works in German.
That matters more than it sounds. When you are describing a shoulder that hurts in a specific position, or a surgery you had five years ago, you need the vocabulary to be precise — and so does your trainer. Nothing gets lost because of language.
Who we work with
Professionals and executives
Eight hours at a desk, frequent flights, a stiff back and no patience for guesswork. We build a system that fits an actual calendar and lasts for years, not a six-week sprint.
People with back pain
Lower back, neck, numbness, postural issues. We start with a physiotherapy assessment, not with load. Training is part of the therapy, not its opposite.
Returning after injury
After ACL reconstruction, orthopaedic surgery, a shoulder or meniscus injury. Kamil has been through a torn ACL, a ruptured meniscus and a labrum and rotator cuff injury himself.
Athletes and active amateurs
Sport-specific conditioning: strength, speed, power, agility, endurance. We work with top-league athletes and with recreational runners.
What makes FitMixer different
Your trainer and physiotherapist work together
In most studios the coach and the physio are separate worlds — often separate buildings. Here they are in the same place and consult on cases. If a dysfunction shows up mid-session, we do not hand you a list of phone numbers. We book a consultation down the corridor.
A private studio, not a crowded gym
Five separate training zones across two independent studios, air conditioning with filtration, a reception and lobby, fully equipped changing rooms and free parking inside a gated estate. You train without an audience and without queuing for equipment.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy on site
A hyperbaric chamber operating at 1.3 ATA speeds up muscle recovery and cellular repair. Very few centres in Kraków offer this alongside training.
Qualified staff, not weekend-course trainers
Our specialists hold master’s degrees in physiotherapy, an SRH Heidelberg diploma, international REPS accreditation, certification from the Polish Urogynaecological Society, and conditioning courses taught by NFL and NBA staff.
How working together looks
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Contact | You call or send the form. We talk about your goal, your health and how much time you realistically have each week. No commitment. |
| 2. First visit (85 min, 280 PLN) |
Health interview, postural assessment, body composition analysis, functional testing and a trial session. You leave knowing exactly what needs work. |
| 3. Your plan | An individual programme with periodisation and load progression — plus a nutrition plan from our dietitian if needed. |
| 4. Sessions | 55 minutes, one to three times a week, at fixed times. Contact with your trainer between sessions by email or WhatsApp. |
| 5. Reviews | Regular measurements and a progress report. The programme gets adjusted, not repeated indefinitely. |

What our clients say
I came here looking for rehabilitation after a spinal gunshot injury. The training is highly individualised, tailored precisely to me. The symptoms gradually eased, and thanks to that I was able to prepare for an autumn half marathon, which I finished with a new personal best.
Przemysław W. — software developer
I have been training here for years. I like training that produces results. My back pain is gone and I lost over 10 kg.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a personal trainer in Kraków cost?
Prices in Kraków start at around 100 PLN per session in chain gyms and reach 350–450 PLN in premium centres with physiotherapy support. At FitMixer monthly memberships run from 1,050 PLN (one session a week) to 2,700 PLN (three sessions a week), and the first diagnostic visit costs 280 PLN.
Do your trainers speak English?
Yes. Most of our team coaches in both Polish and English, and physiotherapist Sandra Szychowska also works in German. We have been training Kraków’s international community since 2015.
Do I need training experience to start?
No. More than half of our clients start from zero or return after years away. The first visit exists precisely to establish a realistic starting point — we match the load to where you actually are, not to an idea of how training should look.
What happens during the first visit?
It takes about 85 minutes and costs 280 PLN. We begin with a health interview, then assess your posture, run a body composition analysis and functional tests, and finish with a trial session. You leave with a specific assessment and a proposed plan.
Can you help with back pain?
Yes — it is one of our main specialisations. Kamil Jasiński graduated from the University of Physical Education with a specialisation in postural correction, and the team includes physiotherapists with master’s degrees. With back pain we start with a physiotherapy consultation and build training as part of the therapy.
How many sessions a week do I need to see results?
Two sessions a week is the minimum — at that frequency clear results usually appear after 6–8 weeks. Three sessions a week gives optimal progression. One session a week works as a starting point or as a supplement to training on your own.
Can I train with a partner?
Yes. Duo training costs 130% of an individual session, so per person it works out considerably cheaper. We design the plan so both people genuinely benefit, regardless of the difference in fitness level.
Is there parking at the studio?
Yes. FitMixer is located inside a gated estate at ul. Morelowa 32 with large free parking for clients. A space is essentially always available.
Do you train women during and after pregnancy?
Yes — led by Aleksandra Pawelec-Jasińska together with our urogynaecological physiotherapists. The full offer for women planning pregnancy, pregnant or postpartum is at mummy.fitmixer.pl.
