The classes in a fun form, organized in small groups of up to 8 people – this allows for greater control over the correct movement and activation of children to exercise. Developing the efficiency of the children, jumping, strength and flexibility, improve their condition, coordination, visual motor and attitude. Moreover, children learn to work in groups and participate in forms of playground rivalry.

Group 3-6 years: at 10:00
Group 7-10 years: at 9:00
